WHAT IS NESHEK
Neshek is the Lubavitch Women's Candle Lighting Campaign, operating under Project 470 of the Lubavitch Women's Organization. It is a fully built outreach campaign that shluchim can run in their communities — no setup required.
The centerpiece is a beautifully designed brochure covering the mitzvah of Shabbat candles: the meaning behind it, step-by-step instructions, the blessing in Hebrew and English, candle lighting times, and the complete festival schedule with all blessings — fully customizable with your community's local times and contact information.
Pair it with Neshek candles and you have a complete, hands-on gift to put in the hands of every Jewish woman at your next farbrengen, Shabbaton, school event, or door-to-door campaign.
